Dr. Pipes, Sir, this news item warms my heart. As an Indian admirer and well-wisher of Israel, I am happy for Israel that it has a new friend and ally. I am also happy for the people of South Sudan, and hope they can build a successful and prosperous democracy with Israel's and also (my fond hope) India's help.
