Middle Eastern Upheavals and Immigration to IsraelReader comment on item: Middle Eastern Upheavals and Immigration to Israel Submitted by Judith (United States), Mar 21, 2012 at 23:37 Thank you once again, Dr. Pipes for your fine insight into this complicated situation from country to country in the Middle East. I do believe the Jerusalem Post is wrong about the number of refugees who will try to cross into Israel from as far away as Yemen in the future. This is only the beginning of the unraveling of Islam and its many factions. Each country in turmoil has its own issues. I find it sad our administration decided to get involved in Libya and not in Iran where most of the people are favorable to moving into the 21st century and have the worst regime of all. We must, in light of reality, all stand with Israel. I hope we get our country back soon also! Jerusalem is shining much brighter today than Washington. At least you understand these countries and what we need to know, that we can no longer afford to be uninvolved...
