The UN could be an effective tool for reasserting American superiority over the entire globe. But in order to do this, we have to reorganize it. First, we could announce that we are withdrawing from the UN, pending its reform, taking with us all our money and property, removing all diplomatic immunity from those who represent other countries.

Second, we can announce our reforms as follows: (1) The US is now the official Founding Host Country, with permanent preliminary status on all Committees (as we choose) with an additional 3 votes on every agenda item presented before any and all councils. (2) The US will reserve its right to determine the status of any and all members of such commissions as that of Human Rights and will have overwhelming Veto powers to reject any and all nations who do not comply with our slate of mandates regarding Human Rights throughout the globe. (3) the US will organize and control all military initiatives under the UN banner, including all humanitarian interventions. (4) All laws made by the UN will comply with the US concepts of individual, secular Human Rights and Civil Rights; no other country will be allowed to override the US dictates in the area of Human Rights and Civil Rights. (5) No religious doctrine which fails to abide by the mandate of universal Human and Civil Rights as outlined by the US interpretation of said rights will be tolerated, including any and all religions which currently have governing control of other nations.

All current UN member nations will be invited to join this reincarnated UN providing they agree with and sign the new charter outlining all the provisions above. My guess is that the UN is the body politic that most of these member nations rely upon for most of their aid, international trade and economic prosperity. If they fail to join, they will lose enormous benefits. If they join, they will have to abide by OUR rules. This may be unrealistic to expect, but it is certainly worth a try. We might even be surprised at the result.
