Hamad's actions those of a radical Palestinian -- I don't see how this relates to Muslim immgration

From his account of Hamad's activities it is hard to believe that Islamic beliefs underlay his behavior. I wonder whether a devout Muslim would commit suicide as a political act or pose as a Christian. Hamad's actions are more likely to have been motivated by political rather than religious convictions.

Dr. Pipes' views on scrutinizing Muslim immigrants and visitors may or may not be correct, but I don't see how this case supports them.
