on the contrary, God said to treat them well, to salute them better their their salute, to discuss matters in good sense, never hurt those who do not hurt you, in fact he made a will and a prophecy

God gave us minds to use, you can use it for evil or good, you can believe in Him or disbelieve, it is your choice and it is his choice to punish you or not.

If God sees the slightest spot of faith in you he will help you to attain higher degrees of faith, but your have to strive, He does not grant it easily, if He sees that you are enclined to evil and disbelieve, he fascilitate the way for you. but its your brains and your choice.
