Lies identify Liars: Those that make them and those that accept them

This makes a very clear distinction. If applied, how would the major players in the world look, including the USA, with a sub-distinction among American leaders and politicians? When liars are so identified, why would any righteous entity expect and truths, and so, conduct any discussion? Or give them millions in aid?
