Vegans are at risk of B12 deficiency. Alocholics are at risk of B1 deficiency.

Did you read my post where I proved to you that the incidence of cardio-vasuclar disease for reasons unkown is very high in India regardless of food consumed or social statuts did you understand this much?

and halaal meat eaters get CV disease...

And mad cows disease and colon cancer and acid reflux and elevated triglycerides and cholestrol and LDL and deadly E-coli infections and morbid obesity and type 2 diabetis

ROTFL Pakistani Arabic it is al-fahish wa al-mukar wa al-tayib and do us a favor and stick to Urdu and remember that the Qur'an and not me says that Islam is the religion of the Arabs only and that it is OK to drink alcohol
