Morsi not a democratic elected president

There is a very important court case now accusing Morsi and the government which was ruling Egypt during the Egyptian presidential election 2012 that they had manipulated and cheated the results of this distorted false election with definite clear documents. By the way, this court case was started 6 months ago during Morsi regime.
