Changing sides?

Interesting that you would cite Russia switching sides, Professor. Between what Ambrose Evans-Pritchard wrote about the offer made by Riyadh to Moscow, and questions about why the Kremlin/Russian business nexus is arming the Assad government, there is room for this, but not much in my view.
