Yes we are already when you consider just North America including the Arctic mega reserves that ironically China has put some claims to and Russia is actively drilling -My concern is we have to safeguard and defend our Ally's sources and routes ;which will require a stronger change to not lead from behind for instance--and also our role as a fair and firm leader in the World.The so many positive consequences from self-reliance plus-- will give us a huge Boost to be in the Pilot's seat -as long as we keep our vows to our friends and first to our American Principles. Thank You.
