As an aside, I have figured out that the confusing sentence [Someone who speaks English/Language can help you] in the English paragraph of the Blue Cross supplement is not a mangling of the language by, say, a person for whom English is not his or her first language. By comparing it to the translations in some of the other languages that I speak and others I can make out in context, I can see that the words "English/Language" were used in the English paragraph as a cue to the translators to replace the word "English" with the name of their own language in their translated version of the paragraph. Sort of like a call script that says: "Hello, my name is [your name here]." Sincerely, Bob Friedel Submitting....
