Obama Objects to Israel's Prime Minister's Concerns regarding a Nuclear IranReader comment on item: About Those 14 "Muslim-American Leaders" Who Met with Obama Submitted by Jules Posten (United States), Feb 21, 2015 at 14:43 There has been a huge amount of invective thrown at Israel's Prime Minister over an invitation tendered by a top Repulican to address our congress over what has to be a matter of the greatest importance to Israel. Thereal danger that Iran may soon have atomic weapons. This has to concern not only Israel but the US as well. Iran has repeatedly threatened Israel with destruction and has included The Us and all western nations in its threats. Can anyone afford to disregard these threats, when our President seems to feel that Iran can be trusted not to follow through on what they've been saying for a very long time. Should not Israel the closest to Iran NOT BE CONCERNED about their avowed ambition to destroy Israel and indeed any Jews unlucky enough to fall into their hands. Make no mistake, these people not only hate Israel but also the United States, and given half a chance would happily reign destruction on us all, regardless of the cost to them. If anyone thinks that despots like this can be trusted, just remember Neville Chamberlain holding aloft some papers with Hitler's false promises on them and the Brittish PM blathering on about "PEACE IN OUR TIME". The object lesson still holds true, THOSE WHO DO NOT LEARN FROM HISTORY, ARE DOOMED TO REPEAT IT.
