Avenue el-Malika Nazli or شارع الملكة نازليReader comment on item: "Cairo and the Age of the Hedonists" Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), May 25, 2015 at 16:58 Dr. Pipes el Malika Nazli was an amazing woman and the major avenue in Cairo which is شارع رمسيس or Ramses Street is really the old شارع الملكة نازلي or el-Malika Nazli Street and this grand avenue extends from Midan el-Tahrir al the way to Midan el- Mahata and then on to the Abasiyya district with grand apartment buildings on both sides that used to be the homes of the upper middle class Egyptians but this part of the city has faded and neglected but the name of Shari el-Malika Nazli is never forgotten and I found this link in google images What a great lady and what a tragic life
