Nothing AbidesReader comment on item: Introduction to "Nothing Abides" Submitted by Alvin Samuels (United States), Jul 27, 2015 at 13:50 Thank you so much for publishing your introduction to "Nothing Abides". It further confirms that Islam advocates a return to the dark age from which it began. I'm firmly convinced that Raphael Patai has accurately described the conflict proneness which has dominated Arab and Muslim society from its inception. There is no compromise with it or accommodation to it. Our ill-conceived efforts at negotiation are seen as weakness to be exploited. Our Islamic president is its champion.
