Erdogan's the one?

I notice that when Turkish citizens have been abducted by ISIS, they usually manage to be released safely through negotiations by the Turkish government.

I al;so notice that the newspaper office, which criticized Erdogan, was vilolently attacked, and it's chief journalist was also victimized - and Erdigan remained conspicuously silent.

Even on this tragic even in the capital of Turkey, the usually boisterous, and obnoxiously so, Erdogan, again is essentially silent. Is that because of guilt, or complicity?
