An out for the hidden outReader comment on item: "The Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism Act" Submitted by James Luce (Spain), May 29, 2016 at 08:44 The Secretary of State cannot lawfully certify that there are good faith negotiations ongoing with any Muslim state. As previously noted in a MEF article (Oct 2008), the Quran (3:28) requires that Muslims be deceitful when negotiating with Infidels (Secretary Kerry qualifies as such as does the USA). Thus, should the Secretary so certify he should be taken to court by those with claims to pursue against Saudi Arabia and have the certification stricken as it is on its face a perjured document.
