Capital punishment for ISIS leaders?Reader comment on item: Tracking Down the Brussels Attackers Submitted by Prashant (United States), Jun 14, 2016 at 21:11 Dear Dr Pipes, ISIS has given open calls to Muslims to kill people in the west. In some cases when ISIS inspired lone-wolf attacks have led to death and destruction, ISIS has claimed responsibility for those incidences. In light of this, is it possible to try the ISIS leaders for murders in abstentia and to sentence them to die?
