Sorry but I disagree with you on this one. At the beginning of the video, you talk about resentment of the muslim in French and later you say those attacks are the last thing "legitimate" islamists need.

But don't you think those "legitimate" islamists might not benefit from those attacks by playing the "Good cop" role with French authorities?

What I mean is they might say to French authorities and people: " you're better letting us implement sharia, mandatory halal, polygamy etc... the smooth way etc... or more young muslims will feel resentment and deal with you the hard way (as bad cop)...."?

You are right that lawful Islamists gain in some ways from the political violence; but I reckon it does much more harm because it turns large parts of populations against Islam and Muslims.
