Perhaps it happens in France because they let in a massive number of people with jihadist sympathies?

Reader comment on item: Attack in Nice, France, "Incredibly Harmful to the Islamist Cause"

On top of which, they tolerated Muslim society's support for jihadist attacks against people in Israel and even sought to excuse it. france refused to recognize there are some terrible ideas, extant in the Muslim world, brought into France and extant in its Muslim society.
Had they been willing to admit this, they might have stopped large scale Muslim immigration long ago.

Somehow when French people ask "why here in particular?" they 'forget' they have the highest proportion of Muslims in Europe, as if that's somehow beside the point.
Meanwhile they hope countries like Poland will follow in its footsteps.
