Palestinians Who Cling to IsraelReader comment on item: Palestinians Who Cling to Israel Submitted by Billie H. Vincent (United States), Jul 8, 2005 at 08:48 I am absolutely amazed. You have "stumbled" on to the answer to the Israeli/Palestinian problem, i.e., integrate all the Palestinians who "cling to Israel" into the Israeli state! Your articulation of the significant percentage of Palestinians who want to "cling" to Israel is revealing. What a simple solution. I am astounded that someone else hasn't already "stumbled" on to this solution. The simplicity of your solution is elegant. All this time and we were laboring under the impression that all the Palestinians wanted was to destroy the state of Israel and reclaim their land. Now all you have to do is to infom the enlightened Sharon, President Bush, PM Blair, Chirac, Crown Prince Abdullah, President Mubarak, the Mullahs in Iran, et cetera, and we can have done with the continuing strife in the Levant.Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
