Shades of Molotov-Ribbentrop?

Woiuld that kind of alliance by shades of Molotov-Ribbentrop? While natural bullies seem to be "birds of a feather" they generally have psychological and practical problems getting along.

It's possible. But more like Tojo and Hitler or Mussolini and Hitler.
