Irridentism and Strategic Proactivism

You make an objection regarding the "Regulation Law," but give no argument for your point of view.

Irredentism has been an aspect of modern Nationalism since since its inception in the context of the Industrial Revolution and Transportation and Communication made it possible for Peoples or Nations to strive to attain Sovereignty and Dominance over their Historic or Mythic Homelands.

A contrast between the Jews and Palestinians clearly shows that Israel is by far stronger in its claim to Israel than the Arabs are to their claim to Palestine (= Philistine) Arabs. The Myth of Palestine is of very recent vintage incompatible with historic secular scholarship, whereas Israel is rooted in the Christian Religion, as well as in the other Abrahamic Religion, Islam, whereas the Jews are known as the People of the Book. This former phenomena also explains why the is obsessed with Israel - and entity rooted in the Religions of Muslims and Christians in which the Jews have been superseded as the favorites of God.

In this context, now that Israel is far stronger than it was at its founding in 1917 or 1948, with surprising Energy reserves recently discovered in its Mediterranean cost, Providence ought to be thanked for having the interlopers, the Palestinians, rejecting Israel as a Jewish state - included in this gratitude should be the facts on the ground that Gaza is under the Islamist Terrorist organization of the Muslim Brotherhood, namely Hamas, and that the West Bank is under the incompetent dictator with no successor, Abbas, head of the PLO and Fatah.

And with Putin reintroducing the taking of land by military force (Crimea, Ukraine, Chechnya, etc.) Israel should clearly confront the world with peaceful "Settlement" of the "West Bank" in its historic Homeland of Judea and Samaria.

Contrary to Obama's dream Diplomacy and the UN are not yet the means by which country assert their Irredentist claims; besides Russia, we have China regarding its "China Sea," Taiwan, Hong Kong, Tibet, etc. We also have Scotland and Catalonia considering Secession from the United Kingdom and Spain respectively.

Israel should begin a Proactive policy, be far more Aggressive, in expanding its territorial interests, particularly as a reaction to the threats posed by Iran, Hezbollah, Hamas, ISIS, and Islamist generally. There is also what must be - for lack of a better description - Antisemitism against Israel for being Jewish, by the Christian and Muslim world, and by political opportunism in the UN by China, for example.

In that context, instead of waiting for the Palestinians to Negotiate, or for the Arab Spring to end, Israel should respond by Terminating the option of a Two-State Solution - in part because Abbas has chosen to Internationalize the dispute/conflict. Sine 1917, or more particularly, since 1948, the Palestinians, Arabs, Muslims, and Antisemites (am I leaving anyone out?) have been loosing more and more land, but not their Propaganda War. Perhaps when Europe's Populism takes effect, and the world sees that Islam is moving into Europe while ONLY Jews are "moving" (= "settling") into "Muslim land," there will be a dampening of Anti-Israel sentiment.
