JCPOA can't be cancelled

Obama has already surrendered to Iran. The deal at best only delays Iran's progress. IOt allows further development of of equipment. Any reestablishment of sanctions will fail. Lucrative trade deals have been established so America can't get international support. This is exactly the outcome Obama wanted/.
However Trump might have compromised American security Obama did far worse
