A resolution

If the peoples of these countries were each given the money as above, while still in their home countries, the problem would not arise in the first place ! Apart from those trying to spread the Jihadi ideology, they are mostly just people looking for an economic leg-up, why wait until they arrive on the doorstep of Europe?. Every human needs some hope in their lives. Maybe looking at a 'terrible Socialist' concept of giving every human on the planet a working 'wage' in the first place is not such a terrible idea after all. Apart from that we need to cull the population to prevent an inevitable global war of survival. All doable.
