Sadat was an example. There may be a chance, especially, with young leaders, such as MBS and UAE's ruler to easily establish relation with Israel and am sure it will be religiously justified. Some of the GCCs existence and their national security are in grave danger and surely not from Israel but from their "Brother Arabs & Muslim". If they are smart enough, they will realize that Israel existence in the Middle East is in their best interest as well.
