It only implies U.S recognition of "Palestine" if the deal is actually accepted

Without such a deal, or absent Palestinian acceptance of the deal, there is no such recognition. Israel can accept this deal in principle but not in practice while the Palestinians wish to destroy it.

If the Palestinians would have sovereignty over part of Jerusalem, it would only be a matter of time before mortars are fired into Israeli parts of the city. Can the countries who now promote this 'peace deal' be counted upon to carry out airstrikes and drop bombs on whomever fires these mortars from heavily populated civilian areas or would they instead side with the Palestinians and call on Israel to refrain from harming civilians?
I think Israel must insist that it would accept this deal only if these countries vouch for Israel's security and can be counted on to bomb the Palestinian state once mortars are fired from "Palestinian Jerusalem" into Israeli-Jerusalem and carry out however many airstrikes it takes to stop them.
Of course they would never agree to this...

More worrying than this 'peace deal' is that an ongoing change in American demographics (more African, more Latin American, more Muslim) would probably mean an end to America's special relationship with Europe, Great Britain and Israel and quite possibly an end to the American constitution.

Without common traditions or roots, why would this new America feel it has any connection to Europe? This most Western of all countries may stop being a Western country. Its new population may not feel the constitution is part of its heritage and might just decide to put an end to it and to the country, establishing a new country with a new flag and a new constitution.
