Muslims in Venezuela!

Dr Pipes,

Erdogan's support of Maduro is very strange indeed. How about the Muslim community in Venezuela (around 100,000 mostly Lebanese)? could this be a case of Erdogan supporting other members of the Muslim Umma that happen to live in Venezuela? However, I suspect that most Lebanese Muslims would be traders and businessmen who would not be on friendly terms with the socialist Maduro!
