Is there Really a Rescue Plan for Israel?Reader comment on item: Hints of Trump's Forthcoming Palestinian-Israeli Plan Submitted by MTovey (United States), Feb 19, 2019 at 11:53 For two years now (2017 to date), and for the next few years (or maybe just months), people have been involved in fervent tomes of speculations as to how this current president of the United States of America may be able to do what so many leaders in the world have failed to do; to be able to implement a template of peace in a region that has never known peace, and for good reasons. No one mortal individual yet has discerned what is required to make peace in the Middle East. Further, it is not incumbent upon President Trump to install an American version of Middle East peace; that if even there was such a plan, the European Union will never consent to such a deal, the 'Palestinians' notwithstanding. What then, is to be anticipated? Is the global audience to be kept in superstitious awe at all the carnage, while, in the meantime, mortal nemeses continue in the age's long writhing of the serpents in venomous antipathies, leading to no good conclusion: or does one finally see the vanities of deceptive seductions of empires (modern day ones attempting to capture long lost desires of the ancients), circling downward into the same abyss that claimed all those who dared to think theirs would be the exception to the mandated destruction of self-imposed poisoning of pride? Does anyone think that a President Trump presidency will make any significant changes in this paradigm? All he did was to rip the veil of evil. The real question is what does anyone really believe is next? Obviously, no one continuing from this 2017 list of speculators to date has got it right; no wonder, they each have their own ambition and perverted view of how to treat Israel. While it is expected that President Trump may have a plan of action in his own terms, it is further expected he knows Israel's destiny is not formed to human mortal expectations; after all, most who know finally realize, America is not Israel's savior.
