Their hate is their shame

The hatred directed towards America is pathological; the blame for that lies with the hate-mongers in Europe and the Islamic world.

Given that reports show that 80-95% of many Islamic countries were ecclesiastic with the given the success of the 9/11 attacks (see Benjamin and Simon's "The Age of Sacred Terror" & media reports at the time) and polls by the Pew Research Center continuously show that bin Laden is one of the three most respected people within the Islamic world, I wonder what you mean that a powerful radicalization has taken place. Perhaps your previous estimates of "Radical Islam" were too low.

The Islamic Revival has continued unabated and will continue to radicalize driven by internal factors to these societies. We do not control their culture or define their religion.
