I was indeed refering to your tweet (plus more)Reader comment on item: The Year the Arabs Discovered Palestine [Long version] Submitted by Prashant (United States), May 15, 2021 at 12:11 Dear Dr Pipes, in my above message, I was indeed referring to your tweet and to other news stories that I found out on the topic. Before I go any further, the word जन्नत in my original message is the Urdu/Arabic word Jannat for heaven accidentally transcribed in my script. I was naturally interested in knowing what a Turkish charity did in Israel. I request the world to judge Muslims and Islam using the same scale that everyone else is judged with. The very fact that an Islamic charity is operating in East Jerusalem is an example of bon-homie that Muslims accept from the world but do not extend back to the world. An equivalent example would be a Hindu group running a charity advancing Hindu values in Mecca (or a Jewish group running a Jewish charity). Once we withdraw the customized measuring scale that we have devised for Muslims, things will start falling in place. Islam is not a religion alone. It is a religion amalgamated with a political outfit. It should be judged as such.
