Stripping Naturalized Immigrant of their Citizenship for Fraud & DeportationReader comment on item: What Does "Extreme Vetting" Mean? Submitted by Robert (United States), Jun 22, 2021 at 11:44 I've been thinking of two members of the Squad, the Muslim Palestinian and the Muslim Ethiopian, and what their USA Citizenship status is. What there Citizenship transgressions, if any, are, however, is another story not to be discussed by me here. During our anti-Nazi era, we had an active process of actively stripping US citizens of their citizen status when it was discovered that they lied on their application regarding their status as former NAZIS. The penalty also included deportation to their country of origin (former citizenship). So, I do not know if you followed you Vetting discussion of cover Islamists who already lied on their applications. I believe that ex-post-facto law proceedings do not apply to civil matters. So anyone who concealed their Radical Islamist identity on their citizenship application should be subject to Deportation Proceedings.
