The words picked from the DEI-vocabulary seemingly thrown in at random are not explained and remain unrelated to the professional job-requirements. I describe this as eloquent nonsense. But this is far from innocent, Orwell would argue. The words serve a political function even if they have hardly any meaning in their context.
