Climate of Lukewarm Expectations in Glasgow as Nothing is Expected to Change Except the Weather

Once again, a summit of the political elites are meeting to exchange similar ideologies in cloaking terms that are expected to show the world they have things well in hand, Afghanistan notwithstanding.
What will the American 46th Administration contribute, since the American dream cannot be displayed anymore except in historical terms; it is no longer affordable, critical dependencies well on their way to being taxed into the largesse being accumulated for the power elites to feast upon. The gas clouds will be shrouding the new industrial markets as America is compelled to pay for the world's power supplies.
How much golf at St. Andrews will be the center of such talks (or may be not); but what will Israel suffer at the behest of just about every emissary requiring Israel stopping settlements while the migrant populations are looking for new places to emigrate since only western destinations are now considered appropriate.
After all, it is not the expectation that migratory shifts of entire national exports of surplus populations are to be the future's base of economy while those in charge tax the remnants of any of the former places of affluence while the criminal empires that foisted the epidemic crises seen today gives greater access to the profits of the wartime excesses that follow the depressions of exploited economies. To be sure, the climate will change when exposed to the radiation that is sure to follow the failure of humanity's inability to obtain peace.
