Evidence of Climate Change Expanding Even Before Glasgow Concedes Inability to Assume Liabilities

Evidences of increasing condescending attitudes towards migratory waves of global expatriates are going to eat up entire economies long along with tempers flaring before the temperatures of global warming are to take their toll of purported devastation in subjective areas being targeted for renewed totalitarian control. In other words, who are the real beneficiaries except the power elites that have made G20 to be exercises of political global intrigue from which humanity will never escape as long as humans think they are able to govern themselves; all evidences to the contrary.
