Witness for Persecution - Rebirth in Jesus Christ NOT Merely ConversionReader comment on item: The Liverpool Bomber and Fake Muslim Conversion to Christianity Submitted by M Tovey (United States), Nov 22, 2021 at 10:42 To reiterate the allusion here of using a 'conversion' experience when associated with any person who claims the rebirth of the Holy Spirit in professing that Jesus Christ is their LORD, the Gospel cannot be trifled with, even in supposed Christian communities or associated circles. If, as alluded to in the reporting that the individual still resorted to attending religious gatherings according to his old belief system, as others in this forum have observed, a red flag should have been noticed; and maybe it was. But that problem transcends another issue; the actions of an unfaithful intruder is now going to infect the mentality of those of whom the attack was directed: true believing individuals whose professions of faith are genuine are at further risk since righteousness is not necessarily the criteria the governmental agencies are looking for to validate a petition for permission to remain in ex-patriate status in the host country; even in the United States.
