Reader comment on item: Arab American Women

Submitted by Jeff (United States), Mar 6, 2022 at 13:00

Dr. Pipes, a while back you tweeted a Calvin and Hobbs where Calvin happily explains that he now enjoys writing assignments, having discovered the purpose of writing is to "inflate weak ideas, obscure poor reasoning and inhibit clarity."

I think the authors of Arab American Women are graduates of Calvin's School of Writing and I must compliment them for being such excellent students.

Perhaps the term "Arab-American" remains a topic of interest among our intellectual thought leaders because it's one more tool that can help advance the all-important goal of dividing Americans from one another.

One more book for my non-reading list.
