Revolution is in the Air - Question: Whose will be First to Implode

Some time back, Dr. PIpes was queried:
[If the Islamic Republic of Iran's efforts to build a nuclear bomb reach the point of no return, how should the U.S. and Israeli governments respond?]

Are the riots (now charaterized as preliminary to revolution) interfereing with tracking the Iranian Islamic Regime's efforts to go nuclear?
With the global community fully and in some instances delusionally focused elsewhere, is the situation of all theaters in action now leading to the potential that the mullahs might be in similar jeopardy as the Russian in terms of not backing off and taking things to the extreme? Dr. Pipes; inquiring minds want to know.
