Dear Dr Pipes, In the above blog entitled "Israel's [Fatigue and Its] Moment of Truth" of yours, I read the saddest statement. You quoted a retired Israeli colonel who said, "the Israeli public is really tired of war."

"The Israeli public is really tired of war." is the saddest statement that I have heard in a long time. Indeed, the parents who want their children and grandchildren to prosper become tired of wars. The countries that want their GNP to grow, get tired of war. The neighborhood that do not want to see burned and broken houses get tired of wars. The people who do not want to see injured veterans among themselves get tired of wars. The people who do not like grandmothers beheaded on the city streets get tired of wars.

It is not a surprise that Israeli people are tired of war.

Unfortunately, this is exactly the reason why Muslims have been winning wars after wars for 14 centuries. They do not get tired of war. They have no GNP targets to beat. Not many perfect SAT scores to score. No good neighborhoods to build. Their goal is to just take Islam to every door and push it through it no matter what the cost.

The famous Muslim killer Muhammad of Ghor attacked Western India continuously from the year 1173 till 1206 (ref 1). Every time he was defeated, he came back to kill more. His main source of revenue was plundering the fertile non-Muslim regions of Western India. His main area of plunder was the region that has now become Pakistan. Such are the ways of Islamic culture that today's Pakistanis honored the tyrant who butchered them 700 years ago by naming one of their missile systems after him (ref 2).

Islamic love of violence and war continues unabated. Muslims never get tired of wars. It hurts me deeply that Israeli people are tired of war. I am saddened but I understand. How long can few million people face the assault by a billion people? They are bound to get tired eventually.

I some times wish that I could port all Israeli people back to Kochin and Mumbai and offer them a peaceful heaven in India for as long as today's India can be saved from Islamic expansionism. But how can I move the holy land across the lands and oceans.

Islam can never be defeated by violent force because it has no deterrence. It can only be defeated by showing its lies to itself. It can only be defeated by telling it repeatedly that it has lagged behind the rest of humanity and has become an inferior way of life.
