Disagree with articleReader comment on item: Muslim France Submitted by Marie (United States), Dec 18, 2005 at 18:55 I understand that the Arab youths are at times acting for no apparent reason; however, this is untrue, and the article is written rather biasly. It is unfair to say that the Muslim teens are destroying shops, vandalizing property, and looting stores for no reason. At times there may be no reason, but it is simply related to the fact that they have been put down over the years, much like African Americans have here in the U.S.Also, you stayed with a family in the Riviera who were afraid to fire a Muslim because he was shady. That is quite simply ridiculus. You act as though the workers are doing no work but lounging about and terrifying the family, and if the workers were, then they should be fired, not kept out of fire. You make it sound as though this is a common problem for the Arabs to slack off, and no one else.
