forbidden cultural practices

I don't care what your skin colour or your religion is, but if you want to live in my country, you will not be permitted to circumcise young girls, you will not be allowed to marry girls as young as 9, if your daughter defies you and refuses to wear the hajib, her refusal will be upheld by law, if your daughter refuses to marry a suitor chosen by you,her refusal must be respected and will be upheld by law, You will not be allowed to beat your wife for any reason whatsoever, you will not be allowed to scorn her. if you visit a construction site, you will wear a hardhat, you will not be allowed to carry a weapon openly, except by permit, etc.. etc., etc.

You will be expected to obey all the laws of the country and you will be expected to understand the issues, vote and to learn the official language. You will be required to take an oath of citizenship.

Live by the rules and you are welcome in my country. Refuse to obey the rules and we will put you in jail.
