All of us are smarter than one of usReader comment on item: Aim the War on Terror at Militant Islam Submitted by RM Paine (Australia), Nov 16, 2002 at 09:50 Daniel,I admire your work as well as the forum that you have established here. This site is a fine example of what makes us different from our enemy: we discuss, debate and challenge one another's thoughts thereby networking our brain power to solve any problem that we face. Our openness has made our Western societies flourish and achieve, pushing the boundaries of possibility into monumental achievements. We can disagree and still remain friends. And that, is surely worth fighting for! I agree with Jack that there is no place for political correctness in this new war. We have to call a spade a spade, and teach responsibility to a world that only understands power through terror. Kind regards, RM Paine Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please. Comments are screened and in some cases edited before posting. Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate.
