I don't understand.Reader comment on item: Make the Saudis Pay for Terror Submitted by Wes Lanham (United States), Nov 22, 2002 at 21:39 I don't understand the context of your site. I've heard that the main mideast problem was the Israeli/Palestinian problem and that the mideast hates America) for its support of Israel.I know there are two sides of the Israeli/Palestinian situation and it seems to be hopeless. Am I wrong that the Palestinians are especially adamant about wanting Juraslaem and the Israelis won't give it up under any circumstances? In America there are many of us who noticed that last May Bush started haranging Saddam and Iraq when the media were after him about the poor economy, the crooked corporations & chief executive officers, and Bush's and Cheney's own investigations. In addition the Congressionaly elections were coming up in 6 months. -Bush started last May in talking about nothing but Iraq to divert the television stations away from the American problems and succeeded. How does Europe feel about this and are the European governments aware of Bush's successful diversion of American policy to nothing but IRAQ?
