Terrorism Cases - Military Tribunals

The appropriate forum for the trial of terrorists is not civilian courts applying the standards of the criminal justice system. The proper tribunal for terrorists, who are certainly criminals, but who are more accurately described as non-uniformed combatants or spies, is a military tribunal. They are entitled to (and require) the swift justice to be found in such courts.
