Great work!Reader comment on item: Humor: Thomas Friedman's Iraq Predictions Submitted by rick (United States), Jun 21, 2006 at 17:25 Freidman is a pure phony. If he had any self respect he would quite his job in protest of the NY Times biased reporting which he has become part of and has become American's BBC. He may not be as bad a non-journalist as the infamous Jason Blair but that is hardly a positive recommendation. As a former NY Times reader who like many of my friends have drifted away to far better news sources - The Wall Street Journal and NY Sun - I find Friedman's pompous attitude sickening. Actually ,he is one person I immediately click off to watch another station... He may be the star of the yuppie wine and cheese party / Channel 13 interview crowd but he is actually proof of the NY Times utter lack of credible analysis in the Middel East. He should go to Saudi Arabia to spend some "quality" time with his Saudi friends. If he stays more than a month without an armed guard and strolling about to seek out the "real" Saudi citizen, he'll find out how Jews are viewed up close and personal.
