No establishment clause in Oz

Worth noting is that, unlike America's First Amendment, Australia has no (religious) establishment clause in their Constitution, so this would be legal.

Also, note "The centre will attract eminent, moderate Islamic scholars from around the world who will provide an authoritative community reference point." -- Sounds like a job offer to Dr. Pipes...
