Slightly off topic, but very apropo!

I've been laughing my head off during the past 48 hours at yet more absurdity from our Muslim brothers.

The Pope made a speech to a German university which the Muslim ummah have taken exception to (presumably Mr Pipes will commentate on this newsworthy issue anon). Apparently, they object to the fact that he quoted an obscure narrative that portrayed Islam as being inherently violent - despite the fact that few, if any of them, have actually heard or read the speech in it's entirety.

Consequently Muslims have been indiscriminately firebombing churches in the West Bank and killing elderly Italian nuns in Somalia to protest against the blatantly false 'allegation' that they are inclined to indiscriminately firebomb churches and kill elderly Italian nuns in defence of their religion!

You couldn't make this stuff up!
