Lawful Islamism in Algeria

Reader comment on item: Lawful Islamism on the Ascent in Majority-Muslim Countries

Submitted by steven L (United States), Sep 25, 2006 at 01:38

The peaceful or aggressive imposition of extreme views is totally reprehensible and unacceptable and should be fought against peacefully if at all possible. The only "RELIGION" that "must be accepted if not imposed" on all human beings is the charter of human rights.

Palestinian voters elected peacefully an extremist and radical group and this is a mockery of what human rights and democracy stand for.
