Truth about the number of Muslims in America

Well, I addressed this elsewhere, but this article seems the more fitting place to take the conversation. Let us analyze two inter-related issues...the actual number of Muslims who are violent fanatics, and the number of Muslims living in America.

We hear the oft-repeated and absurd claim that "only about 15% of Muslims are violent" everywhere we look in the media. Even Dr. Pipes believes this claim, as he has publicly acknowledged. But since this is his forum, let's cede that to him for the sake of argument.

We also hear a great deal of debate as to how many Muslims actually live in the USA. Once again, I will cede the claim of only 2 million American Muslims as this is one of the more accurate estimates, and the one Dr. Pipes favors.

So we have 2 million Muslims living in America, with 15% of them being fanatical jihadists. If you do the simple math, that means we have 300,000 violent Muslims living in America. Muslims who hate America, who endorse terrorism, who believe in subduing America buy violence and turning us into an Islamic country.

To put that in perspective, Great Britain has about 213,000 military troops, and France's combined army, navy, and air force comes to 241,000 troops.

That means we have a literal standing army of terrorists within our borders that is larger than the entire British or French military! Think about that and let it sink in. Yes, I know it is shocking and disturbing. But it's real, and waiting to destroy us.

Also, remember that this standing army of 300,000 terrorists is not merciful, cannot be negotiated with, is suicidal, believes in murdering unarmed women and children, has a proclivity for rape and other barbaric acts, beheads captured enemies, and believes they are justified by their god, nay mandated by their god, to kill us all!

We have the media... trying to downplay the number of Muslims in America, trying to minimize the perception of how many are violent, and yet look at what those minimalist numbers produces!

I think it is long past time to stop worrying about the actual numbers and start getting rid of this subversive element. We have an enemy army living in our own country that is far larger than the military forces of our closest ally.

I'm sure that some will respond that polls have shown American Muslims to be more peaceful in general than Muslims worldwide. I don't accept that. Muslims are mandated by their religion to lie to "the infidel" (ie all non-Muslims) about their goals and their beliefs and anything else that can give them an advantage. Is anyone really so dense that they truly believe that when confronted with a Pew study or poll, an Islamic terrorist in America will respond with "Yes, I believe in violent Jihad against America because you are the Great Satan and I am here to destroy or convert you all!" ?

Muslims living in Western countries often pretend to be peaceful, but when they're at home (Pakistan, Jordan, etc), the numbers professing hate and violence are usually around 50% - 75%.

Let's not insult our intelligences here! Muslims are compulsive liars and do so as part of their religious duty!

Now let us imagine if the numbers are larger, which many say they are. I have heard claims of 3 million to 8 million Muslims in America. That would generate 450,000 to 1,200,000 violent Muslims in America, even if we stick to the ridiculous claim that "only 15%" are violent. At the upper end, that's more jihadists here than there are troops in the entire North Korean military, and almost as many as there are in the Russian military!

I would argue that the percentage who endorse violence and terror in reality is much higher. Probably at least 25-30% if not more. So even using the lower numbers of 2 million Muslims in America, that gives us at least 500,000 violent enemies lurking about. That's a force larger than the entire British and French military combined, or the entire military of Turkey.

So even if we go with minimalist numbers, what does that accomplish? It still means we have a standing army of a full quarter million fanatical enemies living amongst us! I think it's time we wake up and forget about numbers and just go after the threat itself...Islam! I insist that the only solution is to ban Islam and Muslims (and forcibly deport the ones here) unless and until they can civilize their religion.
