The Evolution of a perceptual consciousness to a Conceptual one.

We need to demand that IRAQ's citizens go from a mere PERCEPTUAL consciousness of "Americans are here" to a, more fittingly for humans, CONCEPTUAL consciousness of "what would be the BEST SYSTEM" of government for our long term survival?

Majority Gang rule?
Religious Witchdoctor rule from the 5th century?
Objective law protecting the rights of individuals (the smallest minority)?
What system of government would uphold objective law?

The first thing that strikes me when I see all the people protesting is don't these people have to go to work?
How are these people making a living?
Who/what are they living off of?

Some of them are PRODUCING values, some are stealing values. Most just do what they are forced to do, or repeat the actions of others.

The best thing we could do would be to open the entire country to capitalism and the Democratic part will be for the election of the individuals who are to over see the application of the objective laws that MUST protect the rights of the INDIVIDUALS (the smallest minority). The application of the objective laws proscribe what the government can/cannot do: A private individual may do anything except that which is legally forbidden; a government official may do nothing except that which is legally permitted. A government is the means of placing the retaliatory use of physical force under objective control i.e., under objective laws.

When we say "Democracy" don't we mean more then majority rule? We have to incorporate the best of the American Constitution not because it the American, but because it is the most moral - it delineates the actions prohibited by governments while protecting the rights of the individual.

This is an evolutionary leap from the perceptual to the CONCEPTUAL.
