Aside from Israel, to my knowledge, the only major country in the ME with any substantial Christian population is Lebanon. Its religious stability now looks to be more of a joke as its Christian population has come under tremendous assault by radical Muslims, who see no place in Lebanon or the Middle East for non-Muslims.
